This property is for your exclusive use, so the rates below are for renting a 3 BDR - 2 BA fully equipped apartment, not single rooms.
Pricing is seasonal and the price list refers only to the property rental cost. There are other necessary expenses like utilities and hosting fees that add up to the quote.
Remember that in our apartment you'll have an unlimited access to fast WiFi and Netflix subscription. Also, you won't need to search for a laundromat during your stay - all washing facilities are included for free.

Rental terms
Our apartment is officially registered in Castellammare di Stabia city hall. Therefore, all guests above 14 y.o. are required to pay the tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per day for a maximum duration of 7 days. This fee will be collected in cash on the day of your arrival. Additionally, Italian law requires hosts conducting short-term rentals to report the personal data of their guests (both adults and children) to the police on this website https://alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it/PortaleAlloggiati/ . You will have to present your ID documents at the check-in.
In order to book your stay and block the selected dates, please follow these steps:

A 25% down payment of the rental cost to an indicated € bank account. This amount is non-refundable and covers the cost of the reservation in the event of cancellation. If you need to cancel or modify your trip and do not want to lose the deposit, see how to reschedule your stay to another available date. You will get a prioritary treatment – terms for changing the reservation apply.

To secure against possible damages, a refundable deposit of € 200,00 is required. Accepted payment modalities are bank transfer, Paypal. Dates on the calendar are only blocked once both payments have been received. The security deposit will be returned* (with the same payment method) within maximum two business days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment premises. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is refunded immediately and in full.

The rental remaining amount can be completed in two ways: by bank transfer (up to 7 days before arrival) or in cash on-site. Other sums specified in the quote are to be paid in cash at the check in.

All payment details will be provided in the cost estimate.
Upon request, we issue a receipt for each payment made.
* minus the cost of a potential reparation, a professional laundry service due to indoor smoking, and/or a compensation for equipment losses e.g. heavily stained bed linens/upholstery/towels, burnt hairdryer, damages on curtains, countertop, furniture, floors etc.
